Redefining Nenda's core identity that can be built upon.

Context

A Stockholm-based tech startup specializing in B2B streaming services for a variety of sectors is about to scale up. Because their focus has been on tech and sales, they needed to refine their value proposition and transform their business into a brand to be able to communicate their offerings clearly, without taking one hour to explain.

Objective

Our challenge was to craft a refreshed brand platform that would set Nenda apart in the market and help define a clear communication strategy for Nenda to emotionally resonate with their target audiences.

Process + Role

To achieve this, we started with a thorough research, including market analysis, psychographics, and employee surveys to understand the internal brand perception. After that, I led the initiative, setting up and facilitating an interactive workshop with Nenda's team, using creative exercises to challenge them to think outside of tech and uncover their core values, brand vision, story, and purpose. Together, we identified key elements like Connection, Entertainment, Reliability, and Innovation, which became the foundation of the new brand platform.

As the project manager, I oversaw the entire four-week process, from planning to maintaining timelines and coordinating roles. My role also included developing the vision board, proposing core values, and refining the brand personality and tone of voice.

Result

The outcome was a cohesive brand identity, complete with communication guidelines that help Nenda build meaningful connections with customers. To bring the new identity to life, we created a refreshed vision board, proposed a colour palette inspired by the brand's innovative spirit, and showed the newly proposed website through a wireframe. The new identity positions Nenda not just as a tech company, but as a connector of businesses and audiences through tailored streaming solutions, giving them a solid foundation for scaling up as they grow.
